Our first plan will be to see what is going on, what do you want to accomplish. The Client goal is the primary focus throughout. We will together look at the issues, analyze and sit with them, in hopes to come to a place of comfort for you "the client". This is a Zero Shaming Zone, we are glad you are taking the first step to heal.
When you come in for therapy you have already made one major step, in facing that something needs to change. I am an Encourager, so my style will be that of an Encourager.
