My hope is to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resiliency, and engage your innate capacity to heal and thrive. I work well with individuals who are open to including art, movement, brainspotting, and other expressive modalities.
I specialize in developmental trauma and reproductive mental health. I enjoy working with those considering pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum, as well as those grieving in their reproductive journeys from fertility challenges and loss. I enjoy working with people who have feel stuck in the same mental health cycles and are ready to creatively explore new ways.
Our work is collaborative and together we will talk about your past and present so we can develop a vision of where your healing can go in the future. We are looking for your windows into healing that will help you build a more rewarding and joyful way of living. My goal is to support you in finding your own unique way to feel more like yourself.
