Cognitive distortions (intrusive thoughts) are the cause of a lot of our emotional turmoil, how many times have you struggled with setting a boundary or assumed the worse before it happened. Whether is school, work, family or romantic relationships we can formulate a path together to help you feel better about any concern. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and REBT I help clients change unhealthy thinking patterns and challenge cognitive distortions so they can overcome barriers and find more happiness in their lives.

Depression is one of the hardest things you may ever have to deal with in life, but this time you dont have to do it alone.
