I am an Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), specializing in working with complex trauma. I work individually or in groups. I am eager to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and effective treatment for clients as they work through traumatic events and the effect it has on their life.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced complex trauma. Trauma can distort one's perception of self and the external world. I gently assist clients to move through the traumatic experiences to release their suffering and pain, and regain a sense of confidence, ease, and purpose in their lives.
