You don’t have to figure things out in isolation. With over 26 years of experience, I offer a flexible, personalized approach to therapy - tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can work through what is troubling you, whether it be anxiety, sadness, isolation, relationship challenges, or big life transitions. You may be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck or just not quite like yourself. I'm here to provide the opportunity to openly share and explore your thoughts, feelings & behavior. The goal is to help you gain insight, awareness and to develop practical tools to resolve the difficulties that bring you to therapy.
I also specialize in working with adult ADHD. The ADHD brain is a very busy brain, leaving one feeling scattered, overwhelmed, exhausted and often misunderstood. Together we’ll build practical strategies to reduce ADHD challenges and to build on strengths - to feel more focused, capable & confident in your daily life, your relationships & within yourself.
Carrying heavy burdens & struggling in isolation is HARD. It is also not necessary. I'm here to help you feel more clear, more steady and more like yourself again.
