I practice narrative therapy. With this approach we explore the stories of your life and ways to achieve your best self. I believe you are the expert on your life. As the therapist, I am here to ask the questions that will guide you through the therapeutic process. In session, we will work on the goals you set at your own pace.
The counseling room should be a safe place to discuss whatever needs to be discussed. This is an environment of acceptance and respect for all clients' lives, beliefs, and experiences.
