"Tiowishonia" is a word from the Lakota language. It means soundness of one's mind, heart and spirit. I find it a privilege to work with individuals, couples, and families to achieve this within themselves. Everyone is unique and posses a special gift. By providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment we explore one's life issues in order to resolve the barriers that prevent one from fully embracing their gift and the contribution they have to offer to themselves, their families, and communities. I utilize EMDR (certified) and use Emotional Freedom Technique as methods of treatment. I look forward to meeting you
In a safe nonjudgmental environment we build a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing.Utilizing EMDR and Emotional Freedom Technique we re-visit events that have caused depression, anxiety, and stress in order to heal from symptoms that are interfering with your satisfaction of what is important in your in your life.
Due to my life experience and healing process I understand the difficulties of life. The many stressors can and will cause emotional conflict in which we may need the help of others. We were not designed to endure live alone. My goal is to help you achieve soundness mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
