I have experience with a wide variety of populations. The wide range of issues and concerns I have experience with includes: couples and marital conflict, grief, mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem, stress and sports mental training. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Couples method, both proven to be very effective.
