My service to children, adolescents and families in a variety of capacities for close to a decade helped shape my empathetic, client centered approach to therapy. I offer life coaching for those who have goals but struggle to meet them due to life's challenges and barriers. Together we will work to gain positive insight and learn healthy coping strategies
