Hello! I am a psychotherapist with over 10 years of working with clients of many sorts of issues including relationship conflicts, identity issues, and intergenerational trauma. My experience as a first generation, child of immigrants helps me better understand clients from a range of diverse backgrounds. I am drawn towards working with individuals, couples, and families that are ready to take an in depth look at themselves.

My approach is integrative that combines psychodynamic therapy with practical skill-building you can implement in your daily life. We will work to find compassion, healing and solutions towards more personal and relational fulfillment.
