I am a Christian therapist passionate about meeting people at life's crossroads and helping them navigate their journeys. I use an integrative approach combining Psychology and Theology to assist adult clients in dealing with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Trauma-PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. I am dedicated to helping people discover the transformative power of reimagining their lives. I recognize that each person's journey is unique, and I strive to improve their thought patterns to help them reach their personal and professional goals by providing skills tailored to their individual needs.
Through gaining appropriate skills during personal life challenges, along with my academic (M.Div. & Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling), and professional development (Hospital Chaplain), for life challenges. I assist clients with unlearning unhealthy behavior and thought patterns, and rewriting the narratives.
