My strengths are to help others change negative patterns, communicate more effectively, and make better choices. I will help you become more aware of negative thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of a successful and meaningful life and relationships.
My approach is solution-focused based around resiliency-training and mindfulness. Core beliefs, thoughts and behaviors that may not be serving you are acknowledged-and changed--as a result of our work. I utilize techniques of stress reduction and mindfulness. The result is more joy, purpose and meaning in your life.
