My goal is to hold a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while being equipped with tools that can help them navigate some of the challenges they are experiencing.
I work with individuals, couples and families. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, women's issues, relational issues, cultural identity and high conflict couples.
