I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in OK, TX, MO, and Wyoming with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and an additional Master's in counseling. I am also an approved Supervisor in Oklahoma. My approach is person-centered, and we can make the change you desire through the use of ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, ERP, or PE.
I can help you walk through the recovery from abuse, overcome trauma, work on your marriage, deal with depression, and manage life. My treatment approach provides you with a supportive, non-judgmental environment to open up and begin the process of change. And I don’t just listen.
