Are you looking for online therapy resources to support your child, teen, or family during the coronavirus health crisis? Do you have a college student in your family who is home and looking for support? Would your child or teen appreciate being able to connect with a small group of peers in an online therapy group? As a telehealth therapist, I offer secure online therapy. Like in-person therapy, online therapy or telehealth offers support and skills to navigate this time of difficult change, loss, and uncertainty. It provides therapeutic structure and positive connection to help your child be their most resilient self.

My approach to counseling is strengths-based and begins by establishing a safe space where my clients can express themselves. I enjoy using creative counseling techniques such as play and art along with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapies to guide my clients towards their preferred outcomes, even in tough times.

This is a uniquely stressful time that brings along with it new challenges for children and families. I am honored to walk alongside my clients to help them navigate and cope with this uncharted territory . Peaceful Me & Mindful Parenting

A unique group therapy opportunity that helps girls ages 5-8 and their parents learn more about the ins and outs of emotional regulation. As the girls use crafts, songs, games and movement to learn about how their brains, bodies and emotions link together, the parents meet in their own group where they learn how to apply this same knowledge to their day to day parenting. Both will gain skills to cope with big feelings. At the end of group, the families join together for sharing, cuddles and fun!

Girl Power

In this group, girls ages 8-11 will learn the skills needed to manage friendship challenges, for emotional regulation and to help build resiliency and confidence. Girl Power uses art, interactive games and activities to teach positive social skills and general coping skills. Girls can gain confidence and have fun making new connections.
