Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? I'm here to help! I work with many clients whose goals are to find coping skills for anxiety and experience more joy in life. I also enjoy working with clients to process childhood experiences and trauma to be able to move forward with their life while letting go of anger and resentment.

I am a sex positive therapist who works with clients going through life transitions. I work with individuals who are coming out of relationships and rediscovering who they are and creating who they are meant to be after a breakup. I also see clients who have relationship issues, intimacy issues, and those who have experienced sexual assault.

A popular quote from the classic film, "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" is that “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it". I believe this relates a lot to therapy because so often we do not take the time to process what we are experiencing or have experienced in life.
