I am currently working on developing my private practice at Safehaven Counseling Center where we take an integrated holistic approach to emotional, physical, and spiritual health. As you make your way through life, I am here to provide a compassionate, warm, non-judgmental space for you to better understand yourself and the journey that God has set before you. I am trauma certified in the state of Idaho and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy for trauma and other challenging personal issues. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT).
