Coping techniques will be explored in order to navigate through difficult life changes .I primarily work with issues related to aging, and acceptance of life changes that aging brings as well as embracing the future. Traditional talk therapy is also utilized to underline and support effective change. Group and individual sessions available

I provide a supportive , holistic ,collaborative approach with the utmost respect for each individual. Dance Movement therapy techniques of Mind Body Connection, de-escalation, anxiety control, as well as traditional therapy are used within each session

I am a registered Dance Movement therapist and a licensed Master social worker. I have been working with clients for over 20 years, in a variety of settings such as psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric day treatment programs, and remote and in person counseling.
