I will provide a safe and non judgemental environment for you to come to heal. I come with 22yrs of experience as a therapsit. I utilize a relational model as well as, EMDR and I can suggest herbal the herbal remedies for those who are open. Together we will increase your coping skills. I will help you to build a 'tool bag' for life. I have taught at a masters degree level at Fordham University and do corporate wellness programs and hold ceremonies.

I am trained in EMDR. As an herbalist apprentice I intend to incorporate herbal suggestions into my practice. I am able to provide referrals for alternative therapies if you wish to receive them.
