With 25yrs of experience and extensive training in trauma (PTSD) as well as empowerment, relationships, narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. I am here to help. You are not alone. I incorporate spirituality and/or herbalism upon request. in addition to being trained in EMDR and having roots in psychology and social work. I believe balance is important.

I have been an EMDR therapist for 24yrs in addition to my LCSW and certification in herbalism.
I utilize a relational model, EMDR and goal oriented treatment. Together we will make a plan for your healing.
Herbal remedies are often requested by clients as well. As a master herbalist for over 10yrs I am happy to work with you and suggest alternatives to heal yourself.
I have experience with clients who have dealt with various types of abuse, depression, anxieties, and trauma.
I am trained in EMDR. I am able to provide referrals for alternative therapies if you wish to receive them.

Clinical Support Services (Therapsit Support)
Being a therapsit has many challenges. We need support so we can support our clients. With 23yrs in the field as a therapist as well as experience as a professor, as well as Supervisot in field instruction certified, I see the tremendous importance of therapists having a safe and supportive environment. This group will provide both emotional support as well as clear suggestions and supervision. We will rotate presenting issues that arise in practice so that we may provide each other with clinical support. *Individual supervision also available *Services will be in person and online. (Two separate groups).
