I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor for the residents of Texas. I have a true passion for helping those and their families who are struggling with Substance Abuse. I also can help with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and loss. I aim to help individuals and families reach their goals and live their best lives!
I use various techniques to help client reach their goals and meet my clients where they are. Cognitive behavior therapy is one approach I frequently use; it helps the client change thoughts and behaviors.
