About
I honor your desire to gently dig in deeper for healing. I believe in your inner wisdom for transformation. Anxiety and/ or depression can feel exhausting and together, we'll explore your own self-love, confidence and compassion to ease discomfort. We are not our adverse experiences, we can re-wire. Deeper connection and understanding along with graceful non-judgment and kindness can exist for you. I will guide dealing with and healing attachment trauma, PTSD, and various abuses with kind and respectful treatment. Through co-regulation of body awareness and experiencing inner core truths we'll foster healing "attunement!"
You matter and deserve safe and comfort along with empowering support through AEDP, trauma care, and mindfulness to feel seen, heard and honored. Through relational, unconditional positive regard, compassion, and affirming validation, we work together for healing through dealing and feeling. Let's be together to appreciate your loving presence.
You’ll experience relational one-on-one support through safe, compassionate positive regard, care, and authentic validation. I believe comfort and trust can happen to be seen and heard through safe vulnerability. In essence, feeling + dealing equals healing for transformative self-awareness and growth. I am humbled and grateful to witness and honor you.
