I am a dedicated, empathetic, and culturally sensitive Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have over 15 years' experience in helping individuals and families with facing and changing difficult life's challenges; and I now help overcome substance abuse and behavioral addictions. I believe in a holistic approach to treatment, focusing not only on the addiction itself but also on the underlying causes and the overall well-being of my clients. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work towards a sustainable recovery. Together, we can navigate the path to recovery and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
