Tina is a licensed clinical social worker with 26 years of clinical experience in leadership, counseling and assisting men, women and children impacted by mental health, trauma and addiction. In the past, Tina had served as the lead supervisor at a well known outpatient behavioral health agency in WDC for the development and implementation of an innovative co-occurring disorder research project funded by the West family and partnered with Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center where she worked within a team to help over 100 consumers tackle and deal with their addiction and improve their mental health symptoms.
Tina helps clients through a variety of therapeutic modalities, most typically being Trauma Focused, Anger Management, Grief and Loss, Problem Gambling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions. My office hours are unique to those working full-time.

Parent Support Group
Tina offers a weekly 60-minute 12-week closed parent support groups to parent(s), guardian(s) who have children and/or may be caring for a child who has a learning, physical, and/or both disability. This parent group is a specific resource where parents share experiences, learn skills, find community, and reduce stress with help from peers and sometimes facilitator. This support group also offers a safe space for parents and/or caregivers to get advice, advocacy, emotional relief, and validation, tackling issues from daily tantrums to major challenges like teen mental health and/or addiction.
