I seek to help people who are ready for real change. Not just the same old conversation about what’s bothering you; we will work together to come to an understanding of why you’re not thriving. Certain issues such as OCD, Hoarding Disorder, and PTSD all impact functioning on a deep level. I strive to help people with these challenges to recognize what’s getting in their way of change and come up with practical steps to enrich their lives.
I am passionate about helping people with mental health issues including OCD, Hoarding Disorder, and PTSD. I am well trained in these disorders, routinely assist people with these issues, have published peer-reviewed articles on the subjects, and am actively involved in research.
I often tell my clients that I have two primary rolls: 1) I will be your biggest cheerleader; and 2) I will help keep you accountable to the goals you set. I offer a free, no obligation 30-minute “get to know you” session or call to ensure my style is a good fit for you. Call me and take the first step!
