I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, Florida (telehealth), and Vermont (telehealth). I work with young adults and adults going through anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, and questions of identity. I work in a way that's warm and direct. I am an EMDR trained therapist and provide EMDR therapy in conjunction with talk therapy.
