I have experience with loss and grief, anxiety, depression and trauma related stress. I have personal experience with anxiety and depression. I have worked to help individuals improve coping skills, boundaries, gender issues, career guidance, pet loss, and school/work stressors to name a few. I work with adults of all ages on an individual basis.
