I recently lost my father (Dec 2023) after losing my mother in 2010. 8-Week Grief Recovery Method Group (In-Person)
8-Week GRM group meeting on Monday evenings in Moraga, CA. (not drop-in) We will learn the myths about grief that have been undermining our ability to recover from loss. Then we'll look at our own history of loss, find one loss to work more in-depth on, and learn how to get complete with the unresolved issues surrounding that loss.
