My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental space for us to work collaboratively as we explore and process thoughts, feelings & behaviors to allow you to heal and live your best life. I can help you navigate and overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, various life adjustments, anger, mood disorders, trauma & PTSD, marriage & family stressors; providing services to individuals and couples. It can be hard to ask for help and I want to guide and empower you to live your life to the fullest.

I have a strength-based, solution-focused and person-centered approach. With 20 years of experience I make use of different evidenced-based interventions such as: CBT, TFCBT, mindfulness, family systems, and motivational interviewing. I am also a trauma informed therapist trained in EMDR and LGBTQ allied.
