I support couples and individuals who want real and structured change, not just a therapist who is a mediator or referee. I use a blend of the Gottman Method and EFT to understand both the logical and emotional aspects of your relationship. I will bring those tools to every session to help you gain insight and work towards healing and repair.

Healing and change are possible, even when it feels difficult and uncertain. My approach is direct, warm, structured, and collaborative. I’ll help you understand why patterns keep showing up and give you tools you can actually use outside of our sessions. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and start making changes that last.

I take an integrative approach and blend The Gottman Method with Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for our sessions. We will have an initial (1) session together as a unit to identify needs, then I will meet 1:1 with each partner for sessions (2) and (3), and then we will meet together as a unit moving forward to set goals, understand each other, learn tools, and make changes.
