Hello! I have worked with children and adults over the course of my career. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with adults and have training in a wide variety of issues that adults face. With regards to children, I have been trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Adlerian Play Therapy. I am also a also a Board approved supervisor and do enjoy working with therapists in training as they develop their competencies. I am currently only taking adult clients. Verdant Counseling has expanded to five clinicians and has immediate openings for clients ages 6+.
I offer assistance in a wide variety of issues that adults face: anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, addiction, divorce, life transition, and grief. I am trained in EMDR as well as ACT.
