I am a psychotherapist working with Adults and Adolescents who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, grief, obsessive thinking, isolation, and life stress. I will work collaboratively with you to provide supportive, respectful, empowering, confidential treatment. My work combines EMDR, IFS Informed/Parts Work, Trauma Informed Therapy, Self Compassion, and Mindfulness. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals from all backgrounds, races, and cultures and people of all gender identities.
I received my MSW from Smith College in 1993 and I have over twenty-five years of experience as a psychotherapist and school clinician. I am licensed in MA and VT. Availability varies.
