Are you looking for exceptional therapy? Are you finding it difficult to call? It is sometimes not easy to take the first step toward beginning therapy. For some it is about having thought they could do it themselves, for others they think it is a sign of weakness, and yet others sometimes worry about using therapy as a crutch. In a warm, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere I offer short and long term psychotherapy to resolve issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, serious illness, addictions, eating disorders, work issues, trauma, sexual disorders, OCD, ADD, and self esteem issues. I also work with young children and adolescents.
I offer Insight Oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodrama, Gestalt, and for those interested in the unconscious, Psychoanalysis. It can be short or longer term; we decide this together. Think about it, take your time, and call when you are ready.
