The most important relationship you have is with yourself. My goal is to support you in finding peace by re-connecting you with who you really are at the core: before the trauma happened, before life changed unexpectedly, before the conditioning that made you feel less-than, underneath the lingering depression and anxiety. Together we'll explore what's getting in the way of your best life, and work towards self-awareness and acceptance.
My approach is based on relationship - it is essential to me that you feel safe in the therapy process. Come as you are. I utilize mindfulness of emotions and their associated somatic/body sensations to enhance self-awareness, and EMDR to resolve trauma that might be standing in your way. My focus is on your strengths and values.
