Tina works with trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, oppositional defiant disorder, self-harming behaviors, and substance abuse. Tina focuses on creating a judgment-free environment to foster growth and healing for all her clients. Tina follows the theory behind Brainspotting that identifies how trauma is stored in the subcortical of the brain and the trauma often triggers the fight or flight response.
