About
My work is about helping you achieve your best self, to create a life worth living. I find that during these times people are reevaluating their lives, finding their focus, and reinventing themselves. My practice is a safe, non-judgmental place to express yourself, to identify, and create healthy boundaries. This is also an encouraging and creative place to focus on what you want to be, do and achieve. While I am fortunate to have advanced training and an excellent education, I find personal experience to be one of the most important aspects of my education, shaping me into a seasoned psychotherapist, ready to serve my clients.
As a compassionate, real and very approachable therapist, my clients find it easy to talk to me. Here you can say it all, uncensored and free of judgment. Everything you say here is held in confidence. I specialize in all types of life transitions, 12 Step recovery, relationships, trauma past or present, and PTSD. I can help with anxiety and depression.
In addition, I am an experienced Clinical Supervisor for clients who have earned their Master's degree and are working toward licensure. I am also available for paid professional consultation for those who are starting out in the field, who have not quite found their confidence, therapeutic style, or voice.
