With decades of life experience, years of education and clinical training, and a compassionate, deeply intuitive approach, I provide a place where you can be fully seen, heard, and understood- without judgement.
I specialize in all types of life transitions. I can help with your relationships, trauma, PTSD, burnout, recognition of and recovery from narcissistic abuse, etc.. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer EMDR. For deep healing I am trained and certified to offer safe psychedelic assisted therapy in my serene, and extremely private office.
Research has shown that goodness of fit between client and therapist is a primary predictor of success in therapy. You will find I am an accepting and non-judgmental therapist.
