I am a warm, compassionate, and direct therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. My work focuses on supporting individuals who are neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, as well as those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or family difficulties. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice, which allows me to connect with clients in an authentic and deeply empathetic way. With a specialized master’s degree in neurodiversity and a PhD in Professional Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family
