I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in a variety of settings which include, Residential Services for teenagers who have experienced trauma, substance abuse, anxiety and dual diagnoses, hospice and palliative care counseling. I am also passionate about working with parents who are experiencing grief, raising strong-willed children.
No matter what the cause is that brought you to counseling, I am proud of you for taking this step. Much of counseling is dependent on feeling safe and having a connection with your therapist. I believe in using person-centered care and meeting the individual where they are at while practicing Trauma-informed Care, using a CBT, and DBT approach.
