I can help you and your family members reduce depression, teach you coping skills to adjust to anxiety, depression, stress and low self esteem. I work with individuals, couples, and families and help develop better coping skills and ways to get along more productively. I help with addictions and those affected by them. I also work with the LGBTQ community.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters in Psychology. I am solution focused and work closely with my clients to come up with specific treatment plans to address client needs. My office is warm, inviting and welcoming. I also have two therapy dogs named Henry and Livingston who provide additional support and comfort.
