My approach with my clients is focused on working on the life issues, needs, goals, and desires to better their lives. I am client-centered and work with the issues and concerns that the individual brings to the therapy. I am non-judgmental, empathic, and want to support individuals with their goals and challenges.
I work with adults with relationship issues, problematic sexual behaviors, and whatever you may be struggling with. I work with adolescents who are striving to confront social anxiety and trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and treatment of trauma using EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
