Hi! I’m Tim Reider! I'm a therapist who specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, depression/anxiety, and neurodiversity. My style is psychodynamic. If you believe what happens when you when you are younger, will affect you when you're older, then my therapy style may be a match. I always listen to your emotions first; I also have a background informed by neuroscience. So, the focus is feeling your emotions while also learning why your brain's autopilot works the way it does.
Therapy can be different for each person. Sometimes, it's the safe space to cry. Other times, it's the place where you make plans to get what you need.
