Many clients come to me feeling sad and lost, often with feelings of low self-worth. Maybe it's been a long time since you've felt seen and heard by the friends, family, or partners most important to you, especially if you're from a marginalized culture or community. It's my belief that you are not broken and you are not the problem. You are a whole person whose relationships are being robbed by the problem. You deserve to find a new way of living that honors your best hopes and truest self. Whether you are a couple, family, or individual, I can help you find your voice so you can live more authentically and with less self-judgment.
My name is Tim. I welcome clients from all paths. As someone with lived experience in the kink, polyamory, and LGBT+ communities, I'm aware of the many difficulties that can surround living openly. I am supportive and caring in helping others create new paths for themselves. Culturally, there remains much confusion and stigma. I promise I will not judge you.
I consider it an enormous privilege when people invite me into their lives to collaborate on change. Clients, couples, and families bring their whole selves into therapy, so it's essential I bring my full self into that space, too. I believe radical empathy, radical authenticity, and radical acceptance fuel the healing power of therapy. Be seen. Be heard.
