I provide trauma-informed therapy in various modalities tailored to your individual needs and goals. In combining my clinical and teaching experience, you will be supported with evidence-based approaches. My work focuses on helping clients overcome barriers, identify patterns, and build confidence, resilience, and empowerment to live a purposeful life.
