I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and stressor-related disorders, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and high-risk behaviors such as suicidality and self-harm. I am trained and experienced in successfully delivering evidence-based modalities such as comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which I am intensely trained in through Behavioral Tech Institute, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am also a trained practitioner in Brainspotting, a somatic mind-body treatment method.
