I have worked with a variety of people and places. I don't stick with just one style of treatment. I work to tailor your therapy to you- no two sessions are alike. I have completed training in Gottman couples therapy, I am EMDR certified, and I taken multiple trainings for trauma-informed counseling.
Sometimes, you just want a break. A safe harbor from the storm that is your daily life. Maybe you just want to be able to bounce some ideas around, some thoughts you've been having.
