The symptoms of ADHD are a challenge that can become more severe due to anxiety and depression. Many people are told they aren't meeting up to their potential or they need to try harder. Like too many other people, many people with ADHD have also experience trauma in their life. I work to create a safe space for you and am trained for trauma, grief and loss.
