As your therapist my goal is to work alongside you, and through our therapeutic relationship, help you identify goals and remove barriers that have been holding you back from reaching these goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address marital/couple conflict, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD/Trauma, as well as finding more purpose in life.
I specialize in Systems theory to assist individuals, couples, and families in understanding and restoring their relationships. Additionally, I will utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed techniques to alleviate and manage Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, and other emotional/behavioral issues.
My approach to therapy is client centered and tailored to your individual needs. You can expect our therapy sessions to be compassion filled, judgement free and a safe place for growth, exploration, and change. For clients who are open to Christian Counseling, I also find it helpful to explore faith as an important part of the healing and growth process.
