Hello! I am an LCSW and school social worker in the state of Connecticut with 10+ years of experience working with clients of all ages and 5+ years supervising clinicians and other staff. I have experience with a wide range of circumstances including anxiety and stress, depression, self-esteem issues, ADHD, autism, trauma, loss/grief, school challenges, LGBTQ issues, relationship issues, anger management, intellectual disability, and religious issues/spirituality.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and eclectic, combining elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I believe everyone has the capacity to change and grow, cultivate resiliency, and live the life they truly want to live.
Life can be incredibly difficult but it can also be extremely fulfilling when we are intentional to care for ourselves and for others.
