I've faced my own challenges and know what it feels like to move through life without a clear roadmap. There was a time I wasn't sure therapy could help me. My journey led me to become a therapist and changed how I understood healing and the power of having someone walk alongside you.

The things you feel nervous or ashamed to share deserve a safe place to explore. Choosing an out-of-network therapist is an investment, and I take that seriously.
