Hi! My name is Timothy, I offer telehealth therapy services to adults and teens in Tennessee. If you struggle with ADHD, men's issues, or a history of trauma, I’d be delighted to work with you. I primarily serve my clients through one-on-one sessions, and also provide family therapy as needed.
To meet my clients’ needs I take a person-centered approach, mixing in interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Because every person and every situation is different, I customize these interventions to meet each client’s individual needs.
Also, here’s a little about me: I received my Master’s in counseling from ETSU in 2022, and since then I've been providing therapy to adults and teenagers in the agency and in-home settings. Much of my work with teenagers has been with foster care youths in particular. I’m happily married and currently living in Clarksville, TN.
